Raj is the driving force for the continued growth of CHS, not only helping shape what the company is today but leading the charge to improve. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University Of Texas and is involved at all levels of the company, levying a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry. Raj first identified the need and opportunity for more quality workforce housing in the oil, gas, energy and construction industries. The original vision was to save crews money while improving delivery to a point that customers don’t worry about anything. It’s what CHS means by helping you “put reservations on auto-pilot.” Raj has helped take that simple concept and grown CHS into an industry leader with unmatched customer service.

Ravi is the driving force behind the successful performance of CHS. He grew up in the hotel business but has also worked in real estate his whole life. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University Of Texas, with Finance major and Accounting minor, plus a Master Of Science degree in Real Estate from the University Of Texas-Arlington. This expertise delivers a unique perspective and tangible benefits to our clients, our company and even our business partners. Ravi led our growth into company-owned man camps and single-family housing, delivering flexibility to our customers and a key competitive advantage that sets CHS apart in workforce housing.

Jessica has spent nine years in the hospitality industry and is currently in charge of managing both Accounting & Lodging Teams so CHS overdelivers on accuracy, satisfaction and timeliness. She perfected our current system for checking detailed folios to ensure ultimate accuracy and helps direct training, policies and procedures to keep CHS ahead of the curve. In addition, Jessica is in charge of most CHS Corporate Events.
